PHPUnit 5.0.0 Support #49

Hi,

this is not the final solution, because I have no clue about the situation of Selenium extension of PHPUnit. I just got rid of it, because I don't need it. I just read that the configuration was removed out of PHPUnit's xml in order to create a separate configuration file for phpunit/selenium.

Just please ignore the PR now, I just want to test using ci.

PHPUnit 5 has now been supported in master by #52. Thanks :smile:
