Create "dice" style #5

Shows number of pips (with larger one in corner of tile)

New number_pips.* style ranging from 0-12

Option merging this with square_playing_card style?

With directional pips wouldn't necessarily need larger pip in corner. Could replace traditional diamonds with triangles ▼ ▽.

Implement with an #89 approach. Also make a (non-conforming) demo for traditional dice and dominoes.
