Code cleanups and small fixes #62

  1. Code cleanup
  2. Updated the code in the README.md
  3. removed the database flag in the releases.yaml #61
  4. fix listing the model list and the assets in the same command #64
  5. fix not getting all the models from the sdks (now you can use the downloaded models)
