Change the "Current Version: x.x.x" button endpoint for each plugin

On each plugin's doc page, change the current version button to either nav to the plugin's landing page or the specific release note for the plugin.

added all of the available release notes that we have:

• [x] chrome
• [ ] edge
• [x] jetbrains
• [ ] jupyter
• [x] obsidian
• [x] teams
• [x] vscode

@randy-at-pieces whenever you have time if you want to faccilitate getting the release notes made for both edge and jupyter that would be great if needed. otherwise not a big one. but if you have extra time a little writeup for each of these plugins would be great.
