Add new links and updates:

- [x] kotlin SDK
- [x] dart SDK
- [x] new Deskbuddy project prep + card on top level
- [x] #38
- [x] renaming and updating link to /example-typescript (get https://github.com/pieces-app/example-ts/issues/47 done first)
- [x] audit discussions, add updates, new project idea for winter break
