Update Connect Enum and Endpoint #12

The ApplicationEnum for the new applications that are being developed on-top of the Client project now have support. The .UKNOWN flag can be used to give a generic identifier for Pieces OS to authenticate or connect with your application.

There are two things that need updated:

[ ] update the endpoint example on the readme.md for the client
[ ] update the enum passed into the connect function on both the Example project and the client readme example

the issues here with the old connect ENUM and POST functionality, but this has been updated since then. Apologies for not connecting this issue to the PR that is getting merged today. If you would like to try starting the project once these updates are in and leaving some feedback that would be great, as following the updates this should be much more straightforward 👍

let me know your thoughts here, and if not we can get you setup on a different issue to start contributing to
