chore: update the sdk #28

updates the sdk to now have the new generated stuff from the openapi version bump.

I think this will be 3.0.0 of this sdk

@caleb-at-pieces Did you use the latest generated_runtime main branch for this generation? Might as well now so we can get the baseurl updated

yes I did, just updated it 5 minutes agi
