Hey @harshilsodani && @g0ldyy thanks for reaching out! We did find a bug in the copilot experience related to clicking "Hard-Reset Active Runtime".
What was happening is a value was not being reset properly and therefore a websocket was not re-initializing correctly.
The result of this was as follows:
We have a fix for this in the queue that will be released in a patch this week 👍🏼
We created a dedicated issue for this here https://github.com/pieces-app/support/issues/317#event-13541707363 where we will report status updates.
Hey @harshilsodani @g0ldyy - Today we released Pieces OS 10.0.2 & Pieces Desktop 3.0.2 which should contain fixes for things mentioned here. Please update the apps and give your copilots a try and let us know how it goes.

Same problem, updated to the latest release, done the resets, very high cpu usage and blocked responses, it doesn't even read the context files even if you specify it

After the latest updates application is working fine for me.

@mark-at-pieces pieces desktop application again became very slow after the latest updates to pieces os version 10.0.3 and desktop application version 3.0.2. It takes very much time to generate any answer, even if I did hard-reset active runtime, then also there is no improvement in its response time.

Pieces desktop application is working very much slow after latest update, takes very much time to give any response. Even after doing a hard reset active runtime, it just do not work.
