Sorry to see you are having issues getting the Suite Installer to install.
What version of Windows are you running and what is the build number?
You may be having issues with Microsoft's App Installer Technology.
First thing we recommend is to open up the Microsoft Store app and preform any updates within it. Then, make sure Windows is up to date and try to restart your machine. Then try to double click on the Pieces_Suite.appinstaller file again.
Let me know if you are still getting this error after that!

Kindly describe the bug and include as much detail as possible on what you were doing so we can reproduce the bug.
I just download the pieces-suite appinstaller in my windows OS.When i try to install the app package it open a dialog box which shows can not open app package. Reason : Error in parsing the app package. I am also uploading the screen shot of the dialog box.
