Kindly describe the bug and include as much detail as possible on what you were doing so we can reproduce the bug.

I can't use pieces extensions on Google Chrome when logging in GitHub Account. If I use it without an account, it can be a normal activity. I hope you can help me fix this error. image

  1. PWE version
  2. Chrome version
  3. OS
  4. Could you please clarify a bit more on this? Wdym by logging in GitHub Account? Is this the POS login you're mentioning? And does using the extension without logging into the POS resolves the issue? Please provide more details here.

I've tried the methods you gave me above (including other instructions on Google) but the results don't seem to be very good. I also reinstall Pieces OS on the device and Pieces Extension on Google Chrome but this above is the result: image

This error happened when I logged in to my Github on PiecesOS.

hey @TranHaHoangKhanh, I didn't mentioned any specific methods earlier for you to try. Could you please share the info I asked for in my previous comment so I can better understand the issue?

Which data sync are you talking abt here? As far as I'm aware, I don't think we do any data sync across devices specifically for github accounts.

I want to log in Github account on Pieces OS so that I sync data among my devices._

So does the issue occurs only if you use github account to log into the POS? Does the issue resolves itself when you try to use the web extension when you're not logged into POS? And also does logging into POS with any other login services like google also resolves the issue?

I'm very sorry for this inconvenience. I log in with the other methods such as email and Google account, but it also has a similar error.
