I tried reinstalling but it didnt work

Let's try to get you on the latest version of Pieces OS 10.1.12 to start off. Simply closing the app and relaunching should be enough to update it, although if the menu is not loading you may have to do that via task manager. Restarting your machine should also trigger it.
The newest version includes buttons separate from the menu that allows you to refresh and the menu and quit the app incase it doesn't load.
If you update to the newest version and try to refresh it, and it still doesn't load, you should be able to right click the menu and click "Inspect" the menu like a browser.
Navigate to the Console window and please take a screenshot of any errors you may see in there and we can investigate

Kindly describe the bug and include as much detail as possible on what you were doing so we can reproduce the bug.
The system tray window of my Pieces OS never loads. I can still disable and enable WPE from the desktop (although it's inconvenient), but there's no way I can use the optimize memory usage anymore.
When I right-click on the system tray icon, a window with options to quit running Pieces OS, optimize memory, and enable or disable WPE usually appears. However, after a recent update (both Windows and Pieces updates happened, so I'm not sure of the cause), the window never loads as shown in the screenshot.
