1 shot work around, that works

Step to follow
1.download 1 shot 
http://www.iphodroid.com/download/1shot3g/1282500048-1349582669/download.php

2.use 7-zip to extract the files

3.use filezilla to upload android.img.gz,cache.img, system.img, userdata.img 
and zImage to the private/var directory of your 3g iphone.

4.put your phone into recovery mode:-it's simple turn your phone off wait 
5 seconds, then hold the home button down while connecting your iphone to the 
computer, the apple logo should appear, dont let go of that home button in 
about 10 seconds the recovery mode symbols should appear.

5.download an install Quadra 
http://iphodroid.googlecode.com/files/iPhoDroid_Quadra.zip when the open boot 
screen comes up, use the volume keys to select install and hit the home button 
and let run...that's it

openssh from cydia so filezilla can access your iphone

are you using mac os or windows....cause you really should be on mac os x for 
the open boot part
