blackhole magnet files #302

Having an issue getting premiumizer to automatically pick up magnet files. For some reason this is hit or miss.. Sometimes it picks them up when automatically scanning.. Now its not picking them up at all. This used to work pretty well previously. I have the latest version of premiumizer on docker. I'm using hydra/jackett for the magnets. Everything else works great. I tried to alter the permission of one of the magnet files to 0666 just to troubleshoot. Not sure what to try from here..
