This pull request adds a Roster to the author's welcome that acknowledges downstream collaborators and suggests github issues as the means by which federation collaborators can request that acknowledgement. A Roster is simply a clickable list of sites with a shorthand to include them into the search space we call the "neighborhood".
I've added my own site to this Roster and written my own piece on how one speaks and then demands attention in the federation. The reader of pie.fed.wiki can choose to pay attention to individuals or the whole roster by clicking ≫
Wiki's Recent Changes will include all changes from the enlarged neighborhood.
