handle 3d from lower dimensions #9

a few important cases:

2d shape, extrude along z (or custom plane)
allow dxf export (laser/cnc) - could be done post or pre 3d
extrude 2d shape along 3d path line (in joostn's openjscad I did it with so-called connectors (= location+2 normals)
with 2d shape parametrizable, e.g. function(t), with t e [0, 1]

I guess it's simple to come up with a 2d expression etc., but if you can come up with some elegant ordering/generalization scheme, let me know!

compatibility between expressions?
expr2d(t) vs expr3d (t~z), or other possible parametrizations?

Yes, this sounds great!

This is actually one of the reasons I pulled in three as a dependency - we could re-use the existing API and semantics, but add expression sampling.
