Make sure all Films are load-able #314

The way the film selector works on camera/back load page is it assumes a stock, so the handful of (mostly user-submitted) films aren't able to be loaded.

Either make it so non-stock films show up there, or (better) manually fix those stock-less films.

Somewhat surprisingly, I have had zero comments from folks unable to load their cameras.

Made some adjustments with ones that made sense. The others are personal entries from users who haven't logged in in years, so I think it's ok to put this on the back burner.
