The Red/Green/Blue input boxes on the custom color dialog don't work right #54

According to @McAwesome123 (because I haven't tried to replicate this yet), the input boxes that let you specify RGB as 0-255 directly only let you enter 0-99. If you have more details to add that would be cool.

I think this bug is fairly low priority, but it should be documented.
