Hi,
Nice to hear that you're interested in our TCR-pMHC modeling algorithm. That code and program were under development early last year, but the code was not finalized and merged into the main Rosetta code base, so the executable is not currently publicly available. However, we've recently implemented an improved version of TCRmodel that uses an optimized version of AlphaFold to model TCR-pMHC complexes, and that outperforms our Rosetta-based algorithm. It's not available as a standalone version, so it's currently only accessible via the TCRmodel server interface. Sometime soon (in the next few months), it should be available on Github too.
