Fixes for 423 locked error #5

The code did not work for me on my account. I had to change a bunch of things to make it work on my account, but it may break things on other accounts that it works for without these changes. Please merge if it makes sense.

I also added this to HPM via my GitHub account to make it easier to install via HPM. You can filter out those changes if that makes sense as well - since I did not tag the branch before I made that change, I was unable to filter that out on my end.

Also, you don't need twoFactorAuthenticationId on my account. So you can leave that empty, and it gets the id from login.aspx page - again may not be the right way for other alarm.com accounts, but this works on my account
