Dont use the beta instance, but the HTTPS one, and fix root names #44

I've merged this into https://github.com/pierky/arouteserver/tree/rpki_validator_urls (CHANGELOG diff here https://github.com/pierky/arouteserver/compare/rpki_validator_urls#diff-db23dcd814354c954091a9b90dbfd92a). Probably will release 0.21 in a couple of days.
