Allow storage area connections to be digitized.

Hi Pierluigi,

I made that comment...I was looking for a way to make a feature request for these. I didn't mean it was a bug. I'd be happy to help, I might be able to devote sometime later this week.

I did look a bit the plugin code. I think it's great that any vector file can be used, but the way I was thinking of approaching some of these new options was using a spatialite database and requiring the vectors to be in that format. Would you mind? Do you have much experience with spatialite databases? I feel it would be easier to update attributes and tables and doing intersects by using SQL statements. Let me know what you think.
