Please consider moving it under Processing, if not already #2

You'll save coding the interface, and the user will be able to integrate this into more complex workflows, having iterations, and much more. Ask @volaya for howto, or have a look to other Processing plugins.

Hi @pcav could you please explain me better? I started the coding from a plugin generated by the plugin builder where I selected the approach in dockwidget. My question is: in processing is still the possibility to have the same output? This plugin generate a graph (by mathplotlib) that the user has to interpreter and thus generate the output. Is this possible in processing?

I assume all this should be possible in Processing. Better discuss details with @volaya
