• print current time while dumping hdf or res via msg
• reduce code lines to summarize hdf dumps
• multiple_h5files to work again
• use the one routine to find file names
• visualize grid-only and using logscales
• cbar label includes log
• previously hardcoded fineqv moved to pvf_settings
