In addition to calling the refinement update every /AMR/ n_updAMR steps, two other ways were introduced:
echo refine > msg – will do refinement update ASAP.
/AMR/ updAMR_after = 1,3,7 – will do refinement update on steps 1, 3 and 7 after start from scratch and after reading restart (e.g. if one restarts from step 137, then refinement updates will happen after steps 138, 140 and 144). It is possible to provide up to 10 step values this way.
