[x] Preview from a series' list of archives
[x] Preview from within the reader
- [x] Remove slider
[x] Use lazy loading
[x] ~~Add artisan command to populate the thumbnails instead of doing it on the fly when requested for the first time~~
[x] ~~Add separate admin option to clean up the thumbnails - probably needs to have an option for by series~~
[x] Update wiki nginx config to include xaccel path for previews
