Having separate navbar buttons for Settings and Logout seems kind of pointless.

[x] I like the idea of having one navbar dropdown titled {{ $username }} with it having links to Settings and Logout

[x] Remove usage of a main panel. It wastes a lot of space on mobile; which is needed for viewing/selecting covers.
