Hide file extension #178

Hello!

Could you add an global option to hide file extension when displaying the list of chapters/volumes

https://github.com/pierobot/mangapie/commit/7aa1da9a8222296906fb63f07a86dffc2db36cfe The file extension is now hidden by default. Is a checkbox for hiding and unhiding the extension really needed? I don't see a use case for it. :thinking:

Now that you are pointing it i don't see the need of an option either.
