Add localization #197

Localisation.

Is it possible to easily add another language in mangapie? if yes i could help you translate it in french. i think it's always nice to have an app in your native tongue.

I do have localization in mind. That's likely when I'll also add support for non-English words of Chapter, Volume, Omnibus; but I also plan on upgrading laravel to a newer version, which might end up delaying or complicating things. We're on 5.8 and the latest is 7.x.

I'll try to create a list of words and phrases for @donotos and @kurim to translate before upgrading.
