Hi Donand,
to full answer I must to do a try... the 5 minute way was written same time ago.
Can you try to do that with Debian bookworm?
BTW, I do sometime Debian trixie version (some comparable to Siduction) and I dont had such problem, or at least I not noted it.
Here are my trixie ISOs https://sourceforge.net/projects/penguins-eggs/files/ISOS/debian/trixie/

Hi Piero, I am new to your site, but find it very useful to help educate me about respins, remastering. I am trying to use your 5 minute approach on a the lastest version of siduction (a Debian-based rolling release that uses Trixie and integrates the latest changes as early as possible). I am an aerospace engineer, not a computer guru, but obviously have dabbled in computers all my life.
When I step through your "5 minute" process, I keep getting the following error Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/etc/calamares/modules/partition.conf' Code: ENOENT So far I have not found references to it in this github wiki/blog. Here is the full command line output. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your superfast reply. I suspect the issue is from some quirk in my siduction os and my configuration of eggs. I will take a look at your trixie isos when I have a little more time.
