With the big audio changes in 1.3.0-beta.1 users need to re-configure their audio settings. However the only way they know to do this is to check the release notes, which many users just won't notice.
We should find some way to warn the user on app launch that the audio settings need to be changed. Bonus points if we can automatically clear the audio settings so the old bad ones don't get used.
