[Feature Request] Disable Radio Audio Effects #156

It would be nice if there would be a way to disable the "Radio Hardware", so that there are not radio audio effects. Something like the "Disable Realistic ATC Audio Effects" feature from "Audio For Vatsim Standalone Client".
