PTT Does not work when TrackAudio is not the focused window. #179

While using TrackAudio, I cannot use PTT when I am not focused on the TrackAudio window, clicking into another application such as discord, chrome, or euroscope makes the TrackAudio window lose focus and to stop functioning.

Additionally, running the program as admininstratior (something that we shouldn't have to do, and isn't set by default) fixes this issue but breaks things like discord PTT/PTM.

Note: Further testing indicates that this issue is only present when the progam is in actual use.

Modifying the PTT from the settings allows me to use PTT regardless of app focus

Strange behaviour, it should not break any other PTT, the previous versions also have the same PTT logic, but did this occur prior? Running as admin might be needed, as it uses the Win32 global hotkey API, hence the need for elevated permissions (I don't have a windows machine so I cannot test this myself, nor do I remember if others managed to run it without admin permissions).

Can you also try another key then a modifier key? What key did you set manually in the config?

Finally, can you try fully deleting your config and trying again?

Running as administrator on Windows is not required. I run TrackAudio, CRC, and Discord all without admin permissions and PTT works fine.
