Inconsistent use of capitalization in settings dialog #197

Opening this separately from the new UI branch since it's really unrelated and that PR already has enough going on.

Right now the settings dialog is a mix of title and sentence case for the labels on the various text fields. It should be consistent (IMHO sentence case, title case is getting used less and less these days)

I'm happy to tweak this after the new UI branch is done.
