Build on Windows is borked #27

Please raise your hand if you want the Windows build fixed, otherwise I won't spend time on it.

Even though AFV exists, I really don't like how it crashes and refuses to reopen until I restart the whole system, so I'm all for it :)

Should be fixed in v0.4.0
