Feature request: per-station volume setting

Idea: separate volume setting for each frequency Why? Because sometimes we do monitor other controller's frequency for situational awareness, but it needs to not disturb listening to the main working frequency

You can currently tackle this by using the Speaker option, to send the frequencies you are monitoring outside of your headset. I will not implement the different volume per frequencies as this is getting out of scope of this tiny program. Thanks for the suggestion!
