Missing file IfcPlusPlus/src/ifcpp/model/IfcPPGuid.cpp and .h

What steps will reproduce the problem?

using Ubuntu:
1. svn checkout
2. cd build && cmake ..

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Encountered error:
CMake Error at IfcPlusPlus/CMakeLists.txt:62 (ADD_LIBRARY):
  Cannot find source file:

    src/ifcpp/model/IfcPPGuid.cpp

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The latest version as of now (r20), on Ubuntu 12.04
