Fix Dockerfile for 1.5 version #75

This PR fixes Dockerfile for 1.5 witch apparently changed default "localhost" db value to "127.0.0.1" fixes #74

Thanks, reworded a bit the commit message to add a few details. I won't issue a release for that, please use "latest".

latest is still tagged with the broken push, master seems to be correct

Oh yes, it seems there was a few changes on DockerHub or the Github actions plugins recently, I didn't follow all of that.. Most probably latest now correspond to the most recent tag (according to date or semver).
