Travis build for doc fails #108

On the 2 last PR, the travis build for documentation failed at the same point. See the log here: https://travis-ci.org/pierrepo/PBxplore/jobs/94493725 It appears it can not install pandoc through cabal due to conflicts with the dependencies

Note that test builds succeed
