Hi,

I updated the files to the conda procedure. Nothing complicated.

2 notes:

now, conda will take PBxplore version based on the version tags on github (not the master branch anymore). Hence, pypi & conda will be synchronize.
- I fix a problem in the except of weblogo compatibility.
