Add regression tests for PBcount #48

These tests compare the output of PBcount with pregenerated outputs. This assess that no regression have been inserted in PBcount.

I created the reference inputs from test_data/barstar_md_traj.PB.fasta. The reference output were created by running PBcount on the reference inputs.
