Uncomment the test for PBcount with negative shift #53

Commit 12dc85a introduced a test for negative --first-residue in PBcount. Yet, this test was commented because of issue #47. Now that #47 is fixed, the test can be uncommented, and the appropriate reference output added to the repo.
