Google/Android TV Device not Discoverable #22

I have integrate device discoverable functionality using SSDPClient,

If I haven't Login in my Google TV using google account than my tv is not discoverable. but if I login google account in my TV than it is discoverable.

Also I checked some reference apps where the TV is Discoverable if account is not logged In

Can anyone please guid us to fix this issue?

I have written code in swift fro multicast device discovery like android smart TV on same wifi even without any account login if you are interested then let me know
