Update GrabKitPicker.strings #29

Translate the strings file inti Simplified Chinese.

Thanks for your translation. Nevertheless, I can't accept this pull request : You modified the English strings file ( as you can see in the path : en.lproj/GrabKitPicker.strings ) instead of adding a new directory for simplified Chinese (in a path zh-Hans.lproj/GrabKitPicker.strings). Maybe I should have told you.

Anyway, I'll do it myself and I'll use your translation file, in the next release of GrabKit.
