Hi

AWESSOME, thank you for Sonoma EFI! I just ordered BT adapter today - but you already fixed it.

Did you get FaceTime to work / get to work that I can call via iphone which is conneccted via BT?

I cant login to FaceTIme nor iMEssage, even after SMBIOS Gen script. Everything like iMEssage works after Script but not imessage nor facetime / handoff

Maybe... There's a correct value for Facetime or iMessage that works

RobDiek commented 9 months ago

you potentially know which one it is? if not its ok you can close the issue then :)

Thank you again! Can I donate to you somehow for this awesome worK?

Try entering that serial on the Apple coverage site until you get “purchase date not validated”. That's how I did it.

I think using the Github Sponsor is best way to donate me

Thank you

Following the dortania guide, you can generate yourself serial numbers and other values using GenSMBIOS. You would like to use MacBookPro16,1 or MacBookPro16,4.

After generating, you have to manually verify if the serial number shows as Sorry, we're currently unable to validate your purchase date on Apple Coverage Checker.

By the way, answering call from your iPhone may not function as it relies on the Handoff feature. You would need supported bluetooth dongle for that.
