Rename is_company #31

is_company is actually an incorrect description of the segment of people that have a VAT number. Apparently, in the UK, every person even has a VAT number, company or not. But it could also be an organization, a government, or whatever...

Maybe we should name this vat_eligible or something like that.

Good point. I would use vat_registered, very explicit. Eligible has a slightly different meaning.
