What about exchange rates? #48

European invoice must mention prices in euro, which exchange rate do we use?

Need to fetch this from ECB every day (see https://github.com/RubyMoney/eu_central_bank)

Yup, master works with a fixed exchange rate (0.78). Plan to switch this to live ECB rates shortly :)
