Totally right... We only used the script once in the beginning but it's not really tested. It does not take all possible settings into account either (You can find them all at https://github.com/piesync/billbo/blob/master/config/configuration.rb), we're still documenting that part (should come in the readme).
Are you using billbo in production? Feel free to ask if you have more problems with your setup.
