upgrade ruby to 2.1.5, fixes #71 #72

We also need to fix the version in the travis.yml file for the build to succeed. I removed the eventmachine dependency in development (we used it for thin used by shotgun, but I switched to puma, which we also use in production).

I think it's safer to keep using 2.1.5 for now.

Care to fix this too?
