Would be nice! But with many issues of this kind, it's going to be very hard to implement due to how the extension works. It only changes the title using CSS properties. So there would need to be some kind of CSS property that can remove certain characters from a piece of text, which i'm afraid doesn't exist. But if anyone knows how to do this please let me know! :)

I would also love options for replacing repeated question marks.
