Feature request: Disable on channel pages #39

Thanks for this really nice addon, it really makes youtube more pleasant!

However, I find clickbait less annoying when I'm on individual channel pages, and for some channels, it's very hard to get an overview of the videos in a channel, for example:

Would it be possible to have an option that disables thumbnails on the front page, in related videos etc. but not when viewing individual channels?

Personally I'd like to disable the extension on the subscriptions page as well.
